Just kidding, well, half-kidding. We're going to try to make some beautiful plates of tasty food. Our 3-course vegan dinner will consist of some lovely root vegetable dishes:
- Carpaccio of colorful beets, carrots and other roots with a balsamic drizzle
- Miso-lemon-glazed celeriac steak with a side of silky smooth mash and a colorful salad
- Sweet potato based brownie with a tart raspberry jam and dollop of whipped cream
- Not as exciting, but we'll have some sorbet icecream if you can't have nuts or soy
Doors will open at 17:30 and we'll start serving between 18:00-18:30.
