Ode to the Apple
This week's menu is a tribute to the almighty apple.
We will celebrate the forbidden fruit by preparing it in all its forms:
Appetizer: Sweet and sour carrot and apple slaw with cranberries
Main: Blue cheese pasta with apple and toasted walnuts
Dessert: Grandma's apple pie with vanilla ice cream
